If I have a problem they are my first call

So I used the quote feature from yelp & got a message to call and speak to Kim in the office. She right away made me feel super comfortable and tried to fix the problem before sending out a tech. David came out two days later (my schedule was not available the next day) he called to let me know around what time he would arrive in my window. He showed up & it was an easy fix plus replaced a hidge since we use very often. Love that it is a 30 day warranty. If I have a problem they are my first call.
